If all items are in stock, your order will be processed and dispatched within this timeframe.
If your order contains any backordered items, we will contact you directly with an update and available options.
📦 Shipping Method & Tracking
All parcels are shipped via Australia Post.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
📌 You can find the tracking number on the shipping label, next to the AP Article ID.
📌 Please note: Once the parcel leaves our premises, it is under the responsibility of Australia Post.
For delivery updates or enquiries, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
💲 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the parcel’s weight, size, and destination.
We aim to keep shipping costs reasonable while ensuring reliable delivery.
From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
Shipping fees do not include insurance unless it is added manually (see below).
🛡 Shipping Insurance & Compensation
Shipping insurance is not included by default.
If you wish to add full insurance coverage to your parcel, please contact us via WhatsApp before completing your payment, so we can add it manually by paying for it.
📌 Without insurance:
If Australia Post officially declares your parcel as lost, they will only compensate up to $100 AUD, regardless of the order value.
📌 With added insurance:
You will be eligible for full compensation based on the insured value of the parcel.
This compensation is paid by Australia Post, not MOIADC.
MOIADC is not liable for any parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit unless shipping insurance has been added.
❗ Delayed or Lost Parcels
Australia Post may occasionally experience delays or tracking disruptions.
We continue to monitor the tracking status of all dispatched parcels.
However, no action can be taken until Australia Post officially declares the parcel as lost.
Once confirmed, we will assist you with the appropriate next steps, based on whether insurance was included.
