At MoiAdc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s what you need to know about returning items:

Change of Mind (within 7 days):

* Most items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: This policy does not apply to consumables such as amalgam and composite.

* We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.

* Original condition and packaging are required for a full refund.

Faulty Items:

* If you receive a faulty item, please contact us via email (moiadc@yahoo.com) or WhatsApp (0466 759 466) within 7 days of delivery.

* Describe the issue in detail and provide photos if possible.

* We might require the item to be sent back to be checked before processing your return.

* We’ll offer a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the situation.

Return Shipping:

* You are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

During Black Friday, our return policy will be modified to exclude all items purchased during this period. This means that any item purchased on Black Friday cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
We understand that this may be a change from our usual return policy, but we hope that you understand that this is necessary due to the high volume of sales and limited inventory during Black Friday.

* Items without authorization or those in significantly altered condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
